How we test

Our reviews synthesize what the best reviewers in each category have already tested — then we apply a consistent scoring rubric across every product in the category.

Our sources

We pull source material from two places:

• Trusted YouTube channels. Hand-picked channels with a track record of hands-on testing, honest opinions, and no undisclosed sponsorships.
• Expert review sites. Editorial publications that run real tests and publish their methodology.

We never use content farms, fake comparison sites, or reviews that read like marketing copy.

How we score

Every category has a weighted rubric — VPN speed test weightings differ from SaaS per-user pricing weightings. Scores are on a 0-10 scale and we use the full scale. A 6/10 is a real grade. A 9/10 is rare.

Honest cons

Every review has real cons. No product is perfect. If a con is minor, we say so — but we never hide it.

Updates

Products change. Prices change. We update existing articles as the source landscape shifts.
